It worked for the first 3-4 months and then all at once we started having trouble with the tanks registering, awning retraction, slides would not come in, outside lights would not work, I could go on We purchased a 7 year insurance plan just for this type of thing. We complained with the dealer we bought it at and they sent a workman out and told us that it needed an update, but that was in another truck. We started rebooting the whole system, shut off the battery disconnect switch and unplug the unit for a few seconds. Plug it back in and it would fix it enough to be used for a bit until it just kept happening and I found myself inside the passthrough storage messing with the panel in there. you should be able to close your slides and awning etc from the panel.
All of this and almost 3 yrs later, I finally blew my top and filed a claim with the BBB and they gave the RV store a deadline to fix the problem, They replaced the whole system, tablet and all. Good Luck and don't give up
