Welcome to the forum and to the Keystone family. I'm sure you'll find a wealth of information to answer most of your questions on the different threads on most any topic. And, if by chance, you don't happen to see what you're looking for, just ask, someone will most likely have the answer readily available.

When you go to pick up your new RV, you'll have an orientation and inspection by the dealer. That will be your last chance before "owning" your new RV to have anything that may be a question in your mind answered by the dealer with a one on one walkthrough. During that PDI, check everything, ask everything, look at everything, operate everything, touch everything and it goes on and on..... No really, there is an excellent PDI checklist in the General Questions section. It's the very first thing you'll see there. Download it, look it over, add to it but I urge you, don't subtract from it. Make sure you and the dealer go through everything on that checklist, you'll be very thankful for all his time once you get home and push a button and nothing happens... You'll hopefully remember what he said about how to get that part working.... LOL

Again, welcome to the Keystone family and to the forum. We all wish you the very best with your new RV and hope to see you around here and possibly around a campfire someday.

I too have 2013 Cougar

Have you been happy with yours? We love ours, have been on several trips. Have a few minor things to fix like shades came loose from string. left silverware draw out and crushed.Doors won't stay closed around fire place. hate lights above sink because it blinds you. Have you taken yours to dealer for cosmetic things

Congratulations on the new unit. ENJOY
We are waiting to get ours back from having a few small items repaired. Then the fun begins.
