New larado 325lrl owner
I have a question on in looking at the specks about the brakes do both axles have drum brakes or do just the rear axle has them. If its just the rear do they stop the 5th wheel fine. I pick it up Tuesday so not knowing what to expect.

If it’s a tandem axle there will be brakes on both axles for a total of 4.

Thank you. Had 5 th wheels rvs before and I was thinking that they should have brakes on all 4 but the speck sheet kinda indicated that they had on rear only.... Thank you for clearing that up. Would you know if they are self adjusters....

We don’t sell the Laredo line so unfortunately I cannot say.

Our 2017 Laredo 325RL has self adjusting brakes. In a few weeks I will be taking them apart for an Inspection and proper bearing Lubrication and seals.
Look at the pictures in the Dexter owners manual and compare it to what you see through the adjustment hole in the backer plate.

Maybe
Looking at the Laredo 325 RL and the Jayco 321RSTS, have NOT decided yet which one we will go with. Looking for input from 325RL owners. Jayco owners are tell me there are problems with the large kitchen slide, how about the Keystone product?

I do not own a Laredo, but, I would encourage you to look closely at the two models; all aspects, especially build quality. When I bought this trailer I initially went to buy a Jayco. After looking at Jayco's extensively, then Keystone, it was obvious to me there were lots of items in the favor of Keystone. I've continued to compare the two (last time was this spring) and continue to fall back to Keystone. So, just compare everything and see how they stack up to you.

Almost everyone is having issues with slides. As a rule they have stopped using rollers years ago and only put in a bottom co-extruded seal and wear bar. in 2018 it looks like there is a new style wear bar and a hard plastic wear piece on the ends of the slides. The old style wear bar would collapse and that woven plastic stuff on the bottom of the slides will stare to fray. In the worst case the slides encountered so much friction they would "Hop" on the way in or out.
IMHO the purchase of any RV no matter how much or how little is a crap shoot, enjoy life whale you can, the sun may not come up tomorrow.
