I think the best resource for that would be your paper work / manuals then your dealer. If that doesnt get you anywhere you can try Customer service at Keystone. Failing this .. call the manufacture of the Lock set.

Do a search the instruction are on this forum I found them before. Our Avalanche factory code was 1234 then 1 to unlock or 2 to lock. If I remember correctly its like push and hold last 2 digits light flash enter new code hold last 2 digit till light flash again

Ours didn't come with instruction for changing password, so I went on YouTube and found a great video on how to reset the passcode.

We had a single sheet of paper mixed in with all of the other manuals that had the factory code (1234) and instructions for use and to change the code.

BTW, I've noticed that most problems we have with using the keyless is not "waking it up" properly prior to keying the code in. I was nervous about even using it, but keep an extra key tucked away in case it ever fails with the main key locked inside.

Electronic Lock

If you remove the battery cover, the reset instructions are there. I found it when I changed the batteries. Mine is a 2015 337FLS.

Rub the side of the keypad to wake it up then 4 digit code then lock icon. One thing to remember. There are over 50 different master keys and most dealers don't have them. I mention this because with code locks the dead bolt which is most secure. Everybody has a master key for the other lock.

Just like the cargo locks that have the 751 keys (already changed) I prefer the extra security in my home and this will soon be my only ho e
