Ex Vet from Miami

Hi everyone. Just getting my first RV. A Passport 2890RL GT. Will be my retirement home. I traveled in motor-homes a few times but this is all new to me.

How can you be an ex-vet? You retire or are discharged, and you are a vet. First thing came to mind when you said ex-vet, well... anyway thanks for your service. I was regular Army 71-74. I am just a vet. Will you be traveling in that RV or just parking somewhere full time?

You're right. LOL, I should have said X Military or just Vet. US Army 82nd Airborne Div. I will be doing both, living and traveling in it. Thank you for your service Sir.

From one vet to another, thank you for your service and welcome to the group! This is a great place to connect with fellow rv'ers and to get advice and help on issues you might not be familiar with. Tons of knowledge and experience from folks who have been doing this for years. I wish I had had something like this when I first started in '92. Don't hesitate to ask, and as they say, the only dumb question is the one you don't ask!
