RV Roof Damage

Hi All,
I recently bought a used 2014 Cougar 5th wheel and have been told there's been some damage to two my roof covers. One is the white cover on my TV antenna and I'm not sure what the other cover is attached to. Sorry for such a dumb question but I'm currently away from the RV and can't inspect the unit to what it is. Can someone enlighten me. what is the unit on the left?
Thanks,
Dave

Dave, I think more importantly, what caused the damage? Did you do it? Is the seller just telling you there's "some" damage? I would be curious and concerned about what caused it because there could be other damage from "whatever it was".

I would be suspious of why the end has wrinkles that is caused by the rubber being streched from air entering. What damage maybe air and water enter causing the rubber too loosen from the practical board roof.

And you need make a plan to do some resealing with TPO/EPDM friendly lap sealant around all the roof protrusions. SOON.
