Keystone Avalanche 341TG

We have just moved from a Wildcat 32QBBS to an Avalanche 341TG. Any 341TG owners that may have any tips/ info please let us know! Can't wait to get it on the road!!!!!

Hello, we also switched from a 32 qbbs to a 341 tg last may, camped probably a dozen times or so last summer with no problems. Have fun and enjoy it

Congratulations on your upgrade to the Avalanche. We purchased our Avalanche last year (343RS) and really love it, except for the challenges we have had with the electrical system.
Do you have the built in generator and use it for dry camping? or do you rely on shoreline power?
One of the things we discovered (as our trailer has the keypad entry option) is that if your batteries get low, the keypad will automatically lock the trailer. When we are outside the trailer, we don't carry our keys with us. Glad we had a hide-a-key.
Our trailer is at the dealers now and hopefully they will track what is discharging the batteries and the reason the generator has not been charging them!

First ,good choice ,we used our 5er a bought 7 times last year, only one problem with the 2 rear black and grey pull handles seized and broke but covered under warranty ,pulls like a dream,we do a lot of dry camping (boon docking) so up graded to 5 deep cycle batteries ,also added 1000 watt true sine inverter to run the 115 vac fridge for those long hauls, upgraded to LEDs and some other mods but we sure like the unit!

We just traded our 2011 322qbs Cougar for a 2014 Avalanche 341tg. the New Generation Rv. WE ordered it 2 weeks ago and will arrive at the Dealership in may. My Wife and i got to go in to the dealership and add on and pick the colours we wanted. We got the full option package and looking forward to getting it. We have ordered a Trailer a few years ago and really like to add our touch to it.

avalanche 341tg

We just got bad news. the Avalanche 341tg we ordered in March was suppose to be built this week so we would have the 2015 model. My dealer called yesterday to see how things were progressing and the factory told him they cancelled the line. Frig. I guess their fingers were broken they could have at least called my dealer to let them know. They had sold my trade in a month ago and all this was processed over a month ago. Now were surfing the Net for a 2014 with all the options we wanted. What a headache. We have bought at many many keystones and this certainly discouraged us.

You said they canceled the line, do you really mean the Avalanche line or the TG model?

When I checked the Keystone web site it shows the TG and 330RE (mine) as stock only which means those model are being phased out , discontinued.

Sucks we have been surfing the net and now we're overwhelmed with rv we font know what to do. I saw the heritage glenn 356qbq. Don't know what to. We've been keystone customers for years and now we're debating to change.

We have decided to go ahead and and order the 361tg tomorrow. Our dealer told us there's no hope for the 341tg. They are going to call the factory tomorrow in hopes there is one being built on the line so we can get it soon. Fingers crossed. If not our dealer is going to loan us a trailer till ours comes in. We have a big weekend planned for the Victoria Day weekend coming up. Since we had bad luck with the 341tg being discontinued before it was suppose to be built for us.
