Water in bowl running

This is something that has me puzzled. The water isn't shutting off completely in the head. and as such at most CG the water is very hard. This is leaving stains in the bowl. 1st question is how to get water to shut off completely. and 2nd is how do I remove this hard water stain.. also why just the 2 holes getting stained? When camping I have always shut water off to rig when we leave for awhile just in case this or something else broke. Any ideas

Sounds like you have a valve that is not closing all the way to me. Probably will need to replace it. The stain can be removed with CLR or Lime Away.

CLR or some such will take the stain out. The valve may by more difficult to fix.

It appears that you have a Dometic toilet. If it is, the valve is fairly easy to replace. If the bowl is ceramic, Softscrub and a green scour pad will also work, so you aren't using the acid cleaners.
