Issues with Tires and Suspension

In reading numerous threads looking for information on the best Fifth Wheel hitch, I kept seeing comments about "if you crank it too hard when backing up, you can damage the tires or suspension". As me and my wife are realllly new to this, would like to know what this means? Not sure why backing up a fifth wheel would cause issues with the tires or suspension?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
My TV is a 2013 Ford F250 SuperDuty w/ 6.7L V-8 Diesel
MY TT is a 2014 Montana High Country model 318RE
Thank you

Backing into Jack Knife Position

I will relate from my experience. Pulling forward I cannot get my RV anywhere close to having the Truck at a 90 degree angle with the fifth wheel, but backing that is easy to do. That being said there is lots of side pressure on both the tires and axles when turning, side pressure increases with the angle of the tow vehicle to the RV. Going forward, less of an angle and some forward movement lets the tire slip as it moves. Going backward with more of angle means less rotation of the tires but more side slippage thus the stress on all components.
The fellow that re-aligned my axles told me that hard backing on a hard surface is the number one cause of mis-alignment. If you weigh your RV, you will find both the tires and axles are worked very near the limit when loaded. Both the tires and axles are designed for rolling, not sliding side ways.
ST tires are designed for a little side slippage as compared to LT.
