The 310 has the same footprint, but upper rim protruded a few inches further to the rear. Wasn’t sure if I had enough clearance, so I stuck with the original design.
Dometic stated the problem was caused by a gasket getting crimped during assembly. They changed the manufacturing process about a month ago to remedy the problem. Seems kind of odd, ‘cause it seems I saw reports of this problem going back several years.

The 320 model is more elongated; male anatomy welcomes the shape much more than my original Thetford Aquamagic which was like sitting on a pail.
