Re-leveling auto-level
We are presently staying in a very sandy park in Buena Vista, Colorado. Neighbor has had a settling problem and had a Lippert six point system. Any reason they can't relevel without re-hooking the TV? Any particular tricks to it? I have never done it and am recovering from burst appendix.....(70 years old and I get this crappola?)
I couldn't help them if I gave bum info. Many thanks.....

Just turn the system on and hit auto level.

I too have had the occasional need to re-level.
Do I need to retract the rear cylinders before doing so?
Do I need to retract the slides?
Thanks.

We've got the Lippert 6 point leveling system in our 2014 Alpine too.
Only exception, our Alpine is off the jacks and permanently sitting on cement blocks.
What are the steps to to drop the jack legs back to the original position they were at when we retracted them a couple years ago (when the rig went up on blocks)?
We need to re-level but cannot do the auto-leveling (nor do we know how) due to the blocks directly under the frame. We don't want to move those suckers out of the way, all but one or two are perfectly positioned/level. We need to drop the legs and add block/wood/etc. where things are not level.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Just press the button(s) of the leg(s) you want to extend. If you want to extend both front legs just press F. If you only want to extend the front right leg, press F & R, etc.

My unit has a setting for manual leveling, you can then select front, back or sides to lift. I would get all legs grounded before picking up any end or side, not sure where your blocks are but you do not want to pivot on the wrong points.

sorry forgot to mention scrolling to the manual mode before starting (although it isn't needed when lowering the front legs to unhitch so I'm not sure there is any difference).

not exactly clear if your blocks will be removed before you re-level. WHEN THE TRAILER LEVELS IT DROPS DOWN AS IT ADJUSTS.
your 'level' should still be in the memory when you enter auto level. So, put at least your front legs down; remove anything from under the trailer and hit the auto level.
here is a google to redo level if necessary. https://www.google.com/search?q=LIPP...firefox-b-1-ab

It will only drop if you press "auto level", go to "manual" & raise/lower the jacks you need to get back to level.

Sounds like you have Ground 3.0 and not Level Up, there is a small learning curve when going from 3.0 to level up (or vice versa) don't ask how I know.

My auto retract broke the first weekend of use. Luckily the tech was able to talk me through the button manual retraction. We even tried resetting the system and it was a no go. It's on the lous of things to fix. I do love the auto level though.

Yup! And even more to learn with “one control”.

I had an issue with the auto level, on my Laredo 325RL, took it to the dealer, and it turns-out the wires on the rear jacks were reversed. I have to say, it works a whole lot better when the wiring is correct.
