Hot Air Intake when running fans?

Does anyone get hot air from the intake side of the heater when either of the roof vents are on? All I can see in the intake is the HWH. Anyone have any ideas?

There are plenty of sources for air entry points to replace air exhausted by the vents. None of these rigs are air tight, so no reason to worry.
