2019 Keystone Premier 30RIPR - What is this?

We have a 2019 Keystone Premier 30RIPR. On the front frame , low on the right side, there is small receptacle covered with a rubber cap- what is it for? It looks like a receptacle for a battery tender. Attached is a picture.

Just guessing, solar connector? They are fond of advertising RVs as "solar ready".

my new passport 2600 has the same plug on the front... said it was for solar hook up...

Thanks for your help and that makes sense. I'm curious - at this point, isn't this just a battery cable connector that goes from that port on the frame directly to my battery? Because if that is all it is (in other words, nothing else behind this port except wire going to the battery), I could just use it now to connect to a regular ac-powered battery tender. If that's the case then there really isn't anything "solar" about it - it's just an SAE battery connector; and all of the solar charger controller part of the solar kit would be external (and not built in my RV already). I can't see behind this port on my unit to see if all that's back there is wire or something more.

That would be a solar panel connection. Before you plug a battery tender in, I would take a volt meter and check that 1- it’s connected to the battery(s) and 2 the polarity.

Mine came with the cables for that solar hook up dragging on the ground... they "fixed" it at General RV by stuffing them into the battery box... so no they were not hooked up to battery, still are not as I didn't bother to put them on myself....could they hook to a battery tender that fits that plug? Sure, but as was mentioned, you'd want to see where they were hooked up to or NOT hooked up to... hate to find out they are lying on metal and then hook them to the battery posts...
