Cruiser, lug nuts are never, never lubed for any reason. And don't fall into any crapola from someone who says "My dad lubed his lug nuts for 40 years and it worked for him."
(Yes, I realize that "dad lubed his lug nuts" is an odd phrase)

If they are rusted up, seized on use some penetrating oil to remove them then use some type of solvent to clean the oil off before reinstalling. A wire brush can be used if needed, but NO lubrication or Loctite.

Torque values are expressed for dry threads.
I'm betting you have 1/2" lugs. Take a nut off and go to an auto parts store and have them check what size wheel stud the nut fits.
Then go to Harbor Freight and get a $20 1/2" drive torque wrench with a socket to fit your lug nut. I prefer 6 point sockets. Always back the torque wrench down to zero pounds or less when storing after use.
