Blown fuse:(
We have a Keystone Sprinter
We are camping and I got cold so I turned the air conditioning off. When I went to turn it back on it wouldn’t kick on. My husband went to change the fuse and it immediately sparks and blows out. Everything else is fine except the A/C, light above table and light above couch
Any ideas why this is happening ?

Your lights are most likely all 12 volt (running off the batteries), so it isn't surprising that they still work. What about microwave, TV and other 120 stuff?

120volt Alternating Current AC will be breakers. Not fuses. 12volt Direct Current DC will be fuses. Check to see if you tripped a breaker.

What year and model is your Sprinter and is it 30 or 50 amp?
The air conditioned runs with AC which should be on a breaker, not a fuse.

All other 120v stuff works.
That’s why we can’t figure out what’s going on. We checked the breakers. We have a progressive EMS connection and it’s not showing any problems.

We checked the breakers. Checked the connection at the pole. But yet the AC won’t turn on. We Jim tries to replace the blown fuse the AC KICKS on for a split second, the thing sparks and blow. Idk

I would say to turn it off before trying to replace the fuse. The AC is probably trying to turn on the compressor as soon as it has power and is immediately blowing the fuse.

Which fuse is blowing? It should be marked on your power center.
Have you changed anything?

If I read your question right, the light above the couch and table are not working either?
If that's the case then they will be "fuse" protected. The AC should be on a breaker, 20 amp. Look in the power distribution box inside the trailer and see if the breakers and fuses are labeled.
AC should be on a dedicated breaker. Fuse for lights should be marked as such. This might be two separate issues. Just a hunch but are the couch and table on a slide out??

I’m wondering if you have AC and DC shorted together somewhere.
Not sure if the workmanship on the older trailers are as bad as it is now but I’ve found three screws ran though panels into wire bundles. When this happens it’s only a matter of time and vibration until something shorts.

Could it be a converter issue? I had similar issues with a Holiday Rambler class a and it would spark everytime we reset the breaker. We ended up replacing the converter.

"My husband went to change the fuse and it immediately sparks and blows out. "
Having the fuse spark and blow immediately on replacing it is a definite indicator of a dead short in that circuit. Since the lights are located in the slide, check underneath the extended slide and try to locate the wiring. Look for any damage or pinch points. Anything that looks like the integrity of the wiring is in question.
Were you able to identify a separate breaker for the AC??
