Besides the normal procedures concerning tire pressures, propane tanks, battery, refrig, fall cleaning and holding tanks cleaning and draining, I simply bought some connectors that work with the water pump, a piece of hosing, and used the RV anti freeze method last year.
The pump is located behind the panel located in that area just to the right of the dinette, on the floor. Two screws holding the panel in place.
Disconnect the input to the pump, reconnect the new fitting and hose, put the other end in the anti freeze bottle and run pink through all water lines. Then pour a little in all the drains. Worked fine for me. I also shut off the valve to the hot water heater and drained that and left it.
