Cataylitic Converters in 2015 Carbon Generators?

Did starting in 2013 the E.P.A. make the manufactures of a certain size generator now be equipped with a catalytic converters?
I have a new Carbon, and it is equipped with an Onan 4000 watt Gen.
I should check the manual, but left it stored with papers/documents at home.
Important if it does have a C.C., and what we put in the tank for it to burn.

From a lawnmower perspective and working for a mfg of them we do not have any residential or commercial units running a catalytic converter as of right now. It was a rumor but nothing yet. We run engines up to 35hp

This may not be the case for generators but on the mower side I haven't seen it yet
