Welcome to the forum. To try to answer your comment, there are three "hoses" that exit under the trailer. Two are usually "side by side" and are the low point drains for the pressurized water system. There is also a "single drain" (usually white) that is the fresh water tank drain.
Your description of a "blue hose" leaking would lead me to believe there is a "red hose" adjacent to it. If that's the situation, your leak is in the cold water pressure line that feeds all of your pressurized plumbing. I would first check to make sure the "terminal fitting and cap" are installed tightly and the leak is not at that location. It may be as simple as tightening the cap. If that doesn't work, then you can proceed by digging out the foam, which isn't a big deal, it's only at the entry/exit of the drains through the coroplast. Usually if you twist it gently, the foam will break away and you can dig the remaining foam out with your finger.
To repair it, the dealer would need to find the fitting that isn't properly crimped or the section of hose that is bent/split/broken and is causing the leak. This would entail dropping the coroplast to gain access.
The other possibility is that the hose is the fresh water tank drain. This is a 1/2" male "nylon fitting" that is screwed into the FWT. Sometimes the factory doesn't get a fitting tight enough. If your fitting is the "single drain" (not the two low point drains), you can remove the foam by breaking it away, and use a Crescent wrench to try to remove the fitting into the tank. apply some Teflon tape to the threads and reinstall the fitting. Don't tighten it too much as it may strip the threads and leak more.
If your leak is at the "single point drain" it's probably a very easy fix, but if it's at the "low point drain" it may be more difficult to find and repair.
Good Luck and again, welcome to the forum.
