Triple axle Tire temperature differences

I have a forty foot with all new tires and all pressures are at max. When loaded, tire temperatures all stay within 10 deg of each other. The other day I drug it down to the dealer for a recall (unloaded) and just for fun checked the tire temps. The ones on the right side (all three) were 15-20 deg hotter (@115 deg) than the left. Any ideas why?
