Didn’t want to test with water but I at least had to look, pulled the stove, looked around and decided to pull the filter and there it was plain as day! Missed it when I put in the new pump!

In my other RV I took that off in the winter just to make sure I got all the water out of it, had one crack as yours was because of not getting it all out.

I noticed less than a thimbles worth or water in it after winterizing. With only that much water left in that big of area, there is plenty of room for expansion.

I blow by system out and then run my pump until no water comes from any faucet.

Weather warmed up to 54 today, I couldn’t wait, filled the tank and it works like a million bucks. Pump is quite with “ like home pressure and volume. Now yes I did upgrade the pump but works better than any other RV I’ve owned!

If you hear the water pump periodically when all faucets are off you may have a leak.
