I had a 2011 Sunnybrook with a 310 and the water valve was defective. Dometic replaced them within a certain time frame but found mine defective after that period. (I bought a 2011 trailer which had not been used at all for years). I had to buy another valve on my own dime and it was about $30 for a piece of plastic. The new valve did not leak.
