slinky-stinky support?

I have a waste hose support that accordians out and has little plastic ties that fit in grooves. These are really hard to pinch into the grooves to hold the hose and most are missing. I am thinking about investing in a new support.

Anyone have a recommendation? Looking on Amazon at this one. Since is a Camco, I know it will be ultra-double-great quality and made here in the USA (sorry). I am sure there are more expensive options but would rather keep the cost down on such an ultra high tech accessory.

That's the one I've used for years. I'ts been durable, easy to use and surprisingly for such a high tech accessory doesn't require batteries!

I second what Flybouy recommends. It's sturdy, simple to erect, and easy to store. Used mine for 3 seasons now.

The one I currently have is similar except it doesn't cup the hose as much and has (or had) vinyl strings, for lack of a better description, that loop over and are pushed down into a groove on the other side. The thing falls over at every opportunity. I will order this one then. Thanks wg

I've had the same for about 5 years, no problems.
I also have a joint of plastic rain gutter that I've cut into 3 equal lengths, they lay inside one another for easy storage, that work great when extra support is necessary.

Yes indeed the Camco works well with the Camco Rhino Flex hose of course...snaps right in... Camco's like the Microsoft of RV accessories...everything I have is Camco. I just purchased the, you guessed it, Camco AC cover

wiredgeorge, Howdy;

I use 2 of these which are cut into 6' & 4' lengths.

Whenever I need to change locations, not often, I find it convenient to try to keep
the sewage outlet as near to the hole in the ground as possible. I also use some
8X8X16 concrete block that has been carefully broken as supports for the gutter.
I use one full half with the short risers for the base that supports the slinky and
gutter so that it can turn and aim for the hole. The second half I broke one of the
legs off about 1/3 of the way from the end that remained. that I can either elevate
or lower as needed to create a nicely sloped tube to the hole. Haven't had
any problems in over 7.5 years and counting.

I also made my own using vinyl rain gutter. Bought a 10' section, cut it in half. I use mini c-clamps to adjust the length to what's needed. I also use the orange plastic leveling blocks to adjust the height for drainage. Works fine and it keeps the hose up off of our rocky campsites in the Missouri Ozarks. BTW, been using this setup for many years with the original guttering.
