Norcold N811 starting issues

Within the past month or so our Norcold N811 fridge has started having issues starting on both electric when plugged in or on propane. It has been taking about 45 minutes of repeatedly trying before it will finally light.

On propane, which is what we use the most, you can hear the gas and the unit trying to light, sometimes it will stay lit for 30 seconds then go out, then light again for a split second only to go out and try again. Both lights are on on the front of the fridge, then after numerous attempts by the fridge to light, both lights will start flashing together. It follows a similar pattern when trying to light on electric. The light inside the fridge will blink on and off as it is trying to light as well.

I should also mention that there is gas to the stove and it functions properly, which is located right beside the fridge. All lights, AC, furnace, stove, water all seem to working perfectly fine. The propane tank is full and the trailer is sitting level.

I took a video of what it's doing, but I can't seem to upload it with this post for some reason!

Any guidance as to the problem and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

The gas function does not need 120 volts AC to function, but does need 12 volts, ( 10.5 to about 15 volts DC) for the gas valve to open and the igniter to light the gas. If you have low battery voltage, your fridge will not work, and your stove does not need any power, so that has no bearing on the fridge operation. It is also possible that there is an obstruction that is preventing the gas to light. You could also have a bad or out of adjustment spark sense electrode, that is turning off the gas because it doesn't see the flame. It sounds like you may need a professional service to check the fridge out, and probably a good mobile RV tech that is proficient in RV refrigerators would be better than a dealer.

Interior lights flickering would make me think bad battery(s) if not plugged in to shore power, or poor connection at the 12V junction. Possibly a failed control board.
Nothing “lights” on AC power, a heating element gets hot.

We've determined the issue to be low voltage on the batteries! Thanks everyone for your assistance!
