Non-Keystone: Archaic water filter?

My son is refurbishing an old Tioga MH. The under-counter water filter (way expired) is a Shurflo model RV-10, which doesn't even hit on the web anymore. The body says it's a 1/4" FPT connection, but if there are any threads on this baby, I sure can't find 'em. It has something like a 1/4" tube going into each end, and it isn't even obvious how you unhook them.

Does anybody still make a compatible filter? Or (better), is there someplace I buy an adapter to adapt the connectors to hose thread so he can use the much more common hose-end filters under the sink?

As Sourdough mentioned, that filter has push connections.
That is probably a simple carbon water filter with quick connect push connection fittings.

To disconnect, push the outer most ring in until it makes contact with the rest of the fitting, hold that moveable ring down and pull the tubing out of the fitting.

Try FiltersFast.com or Amazon for replacements, don't worry about matching the model being removed, unless it is a specialty filter, the rest are nearly all the same.

A threaded version would require getting a couple of Watts push connect fittings. Remember to use a couple of wraps of teflon tape on the threads.

Got it -- it works like a Sharkbite. And it did.

Now that I know what I'm looking for, an Amazon search for

sink water filter quick connect

comes up with lots of reasonably-priced product hits. Now he won't have to add hose adapters to his fittings after all. Thanks so much!
