Need universal remote code-26 inch Legend TV

Dish Network guy installed but was unable to program their remote to control the basic TV functions like on-off and volume. We have a 2011 Keystone Cougar 29BHS travel trailer with the 26 inch HD LCD Legend TV. Anyone have the Universal Remote Code for this TV? I've searched the internet extensively with no luck. Even the Dish guy couldn't do it by letting it search all the possibilities. Any help will be most appreciated.

Found this on fixya.com:

This brand uses the same code as sylvania/emerson. Try using the emerson codes, and that should give you the basic functions with remote. Here are some of the emerson codes. Just drop first 0 if your remote only takes three #s. Try each until one works. Good Luck!

I ran into the same thing with comcast. But I needed a 5 digit code. Most of Jr's # with a 1 in front of it. Still "NO LUCK"

Not familiar with Dish remotes, or that particular TV, but had a "no can program universal remote" issue here at the house:

Installed new DirecTV HD receiver in rec room, hooked up to Sylvania LCD TV with integrated DVD player. Universal remote will not control the TV no matter what I do.

Had a DirecTV installer at the house a month or two later for another issue and asked him about it - first question he asked: Does it have a built in DVD player?

He said that their remotes (for unknown reason) will not work with any of the TVs that have built in DVD players - theory is that the TV is using some sort of hybrid remote interface in order to work with the DVD player; ends up being a very uncommon setup that the universal remotes don't like.

I haven't tried programming my Logitech Harmony remote to see if it'll work yet.....

Thanks for trying...

Thanks for trying but struck out on all. No, there isn't a built in DVD so that's not it either.

But I do now have a clue as to what the problem may be. Because the satellite guy was doing his best to give me what I needed, he put the receiver inside an adjacent cabinet (there wasn't anywhere to put it so it would be exposed) and added an IR to UHF receiver. Yep, I can stand outside and change music channels that get piped to the outside speakers... but I can't program the radio frequency remote to work the TV. lol. My wife and I joke that, when we were under 30 years old, we could figure out such things. Well, no more. Now when I need to do something (like make my bluetooth phone work with the sync in the Ford truck, I have to find an under 30. Yep, that happened. A couple days lost fighting it, an under 30 programmed the phone-truck in about 60 seconds.

Again, thanks for trying.

I need a universal remote code for this TV too. The original one got soaked with water and no longer works. I have a RCA universal remote that I can't program the TV with. I have tried the Sylvania and Emerson codes with no success. Any ideas? Thanks!

I tried that code with my remote, but the remote did not recognize it. Thanks though.
