Hi all,

My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Keystone Passport Elite 23RB. This is our first trailer and are both excited for the snow to melt and spring to come.

I grew up pop-up camping so I feel like this is going to be living the high life with A/C and a bathroom!

My other RV experience is an old Dodge motor home I own with some college friends for tailgating use at Iowa State Football games. It is on a 1979 Dodge CB with a 440 big block (sucks the gas, but sounds so good!)

to the forum. From the picture of your new RV, it looks almost like you'll have to mop the floor once you set up camp. Of course, with that big awning over the whole rig, no need for the one on the trailer

As for the beast, that oil drip pan under the engine is pretty typical of the old 440's. 9 miles a gallon or 30 miles a quart, whichever comes first

We're happy you joined us. Look around, find somehing interesting and dive right in. There's enough reading fodder here to keep you busy until spring !!!

Purple cam and a six pack intake and The Beast would indeed be a beast. Welcome to the forum.

9MPG...that would be a dream on that thing. When we first got it it would get 5mpg, we have done some tuning and got it up to 7.5mpg.

The picture with the drain pan happens to be at the end of the summer when we were getting it ready for fall and just finished an oil change. She does not burn or leak much oil, maybe about 1/2 qt over a 1,000 miles. it only has 40,000 miles on the clock (still like new )

The picture of the trailer is in the dealers show room. We do all the final paper work this Friday, and then the dealer will store it until mid April for us.
