I think your panel went bad and you may need to replace. You can contact Lippert and they maybe able to tell you if you panel is out or not.

you may want to do a search on keystone RV too. I think there is a condition where unplugging it and replugging back in reboots it in some way. Many people have done this and fixed error problems. many posts about that.

As mentioned, unplugging and replugging has sometimes fixed issues due to plain old bad/dirty connections. Others have just had them stop working and gotten them replaced by Lippert. Mine is acting up so I need to get on it, though it's now 3+ years old so I doubt they'd replace for nothing.

They average about 2 years before failure. Once you get a replacement, you need to keep the circuit board isolated from the panel. The panel flexes and the LCD gets damaged due to the stress. I'm now on my 3rd on a 2013 5th wheel. This last one is now isolated and so far so good.

Isolated - how did you do it? Mount in a different location - say in the storage compartment?

Really? We have lots of customers with this system going on 4 years old and still on the original panel.

The board is snapped on the back of the touchpad by the sides. If you have a touchpad where the buttons require a firm press to operate, it puts pressure on the center of the board. When the LCD goes blank, the text is all that's missing while the system still operates normally if you can remember the menu blind.
I removed the board and slid shrink tubing over the tabs leaving extra length. Using a lighter, Heat the tubing and while still hot bend the tubing at the top of the tab 90* towards the inside. I also put a piece of tie wrap inside the tubing to make it more firm. Install the board sitting on top of the tabs. The trick is to keep it away from the pressure points.
The mounting design is sub par as I've seen bad displays on new units. If some make it four years, then good for them. At $150 X2 , I've learned my lesson.

I think you are talking about the tabs shown here - left and right side of board. Board "clipped" into place. Doesn't the board need to be held in place by the tabs?

Yes those are the tabs. The board needs to be extended back away from the touchpad, so no pressure is applied to it when pressing the buttons.
