New Alpine Owner

Hello RV'ers
I recently purchased a new 2017 Keystone Alpine 3660FL. I've been having issues with the In Command when extending or retracting the slide outs. Seems to loose the signal from the touch screen to the BCM. I have tried to update it but was unsuccessful. Just wondering if anyone else is having or had issues with their In Command and if you were able to resolve the issue. thanks

Common issue on some units. Seems to be the distance from the control pad to the BCM. I would contact Jensen about it. I have heard that they have replaced some Blue Tooth units with hard wired ones.
