Something is not right

I loaded up my 2012 GL1800 Goldwing in my Fuzion 301 over the weekend. I was told that this door will handle 1500 lbs. Well on the way up the ramp it creaked and poppet and when I got it set in the chock I noticed that I could see the seam going right up the middle of the ramp. Nothing showing on the outside but there is a very pronounced seam in the inside that was not there before. Has any one else had this happen? I think I had better take it back to the dealer and see whats up with it.

I have a FZ301 and was loading my Polaris Ranger I heard a crack. I have a crease running horizontal in the middle of the ramp. Keystone is going to replace the ramp under warranty. Waiting on the ramp now.

When I load our bikes in the Raptor I stay to one side or the other never in the center.I have never trusted the ramp doors on any of the toyhaulers .Just my 2 cents

I notified my dealer with pictures and an explanation of how it happened. I have an appointment to take the trailer there this friday so they can decide what to do with it. Im not real sure what they will do yet. They act like its the first time they have seen this happen.
