Outback 310TB

Does anyone have one of these toy haulers? I do BBQ competitions and need something I can put a large smoker in, I don't haul ATVs or anything like that so i don't need a full garage like most toy haulers have. I'm really interested in this model because it still has all the features of a camper with the addition of the large side door that I could use to load my cooking equipment. Is there an option to have a generator built in like some other toy haulers I've seen?

Thanks for any insight,

Stephen

By looking on Keystone's web sight, it does not say that it is generator prepped, so I would say no. If you are looking for a built in generator, you will need to go with a traditional toy hauler. If you prefer the Outback, you could use a portable generator.

Might want to take your question over to Outbackers.com - lots of folks using outback and generators, they can probably give you tips on how to find a solution from a generator perspective. I don't know about a built-in concept, but there are a lot of folks using double honda portable generators very successfully.

Hey Stephen,

I too do BBQ competitions(New England), and the beginning of last year I bought a fuzion 300 TH, we were looking at the outback series but decided to go the fuzion route, because of the bigger garage area, and was generator ready. I do all my prep work in the garage, I took out the bottom bed and mounted two SS tables in its place, they lift up and move out of the way when we travel. All of my BBQ stuff fits in the garage area, so the rest of the living quarters don't get all messed up from the BBQ stuff. hope this help a little!!!
