Questions about Fuzion 310 Leveling System

Hello all, I've got a 2013 Fuzion 310 and I've noticed that with the leveling system extended, the hydraulics seem to "dump" just a little every 15 minutes or so resulting in an audible "clunk". This really doesn't bother me, but it does my wife especially at night when sleeping. The dump/clunk doesn't result in any measurable lowering of the rig so it's just the noise that is bothersome. So I'd like to see if others have noticed this with their 6-point hydraulic leveling system and if it's "normal" or if perhaps I have a faulty dump valve. Seems the dump valve should be able to hold pressure indefinitely. Thanks for your assistance, Mike.

very common. Do a search on here and you will find lots of opinions. Last I heard people were using fork oil in the system and that solved the popping.

I wonder how often it would have to dump or slip before it would be considered "faulty" by Keystone. I've had only a few somewhat minor issues but the response by Keystone has not been as quick to approve the repairs as I'd like in order to designate as stellar customer service even though my local Camping World said Keystone was one of the best manufacturers when it comes to warranty repairs. What weight fork oil was used?

JRTJH, thanks for the link and info, sounds encouraging. I did a search of Youtube last night and even looked through the Lippert University video catalog on Youtube but didn't see any videos pertaining to the hydraulic fluid changing. It doesn't sound too involved and I'm sure I can proceed with the instructions listed in this post but a video might prove helpful. Do you know what the title of the video was or who posted it? To the best of my knowledge, there is no video, at least none on this forum. The link I posted for you is to the thread relating to using fork oil in the "level-up" system. There should be instructions in your Lippert owner's manual on how to change/add oil to your system. You may find an instructional video on the Lippert site, but there are none on our forum. I would suggest that with the rams extended, the reservoir would be at its lowest, so the jacks should be down and the slides out when you remove the cap and withdraw as much hydraulic fluid as needed so you can replace it with the proper amount of jack oil. Then cycle the slides and jacks several times to disperse the oil throughout the system. It seems that's pretty much all that's needed to get the system operational.

It's the solenoid. Just had mine in the shop for it. Haven't had time to test it yet since we got it back, because we haven't had the trailer out. Will inform you on the results.
