Bullet 230 BHS-Outside shower

I am trying to fix the outside shower but cannot find an inside access point. Has anyone changed/fixed one of these before. I have attached the floorplan for this particular camper.

Not sure what you are trying to fix on it. My last trailer I had a leak as one of the hoses was not tight. I removed the 4 screws holding it on from the outside and pulled the unit off the wall. Was able to do all that was needed and reinstalled it.
