Depending upon what make & model of fridge you have, it is a fairly simple job. On the Dometic RM2351 and RM2354 models, access it from the back and there is a short flexible plastic tube. It's just a matter of removing it from the outlet nipple and replacing with a new hose. The outlet is in plain view.
On the other RM, DM and NDR models, the outlet is higher up and isn't in plain sight. You'll need to "feel" your way up the hose to find the junction where it meets the fridge outlet. It's there - just a bit harder to access and see.
Drain hoses should be available at most RV parts and supplies retailers.
Since you didn't specify what make/model of fridge you have, I just included some information for Dometic.
