Greetings from Minnesota

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum (searching for how to do's and modifications, etc.). Last summer I purchased my first new to me TT - 2007 Keystone Passport Ultra Lite 285RL 'cause at the time I had a smaller truck. After months of searching and looking at every make and model, new and used, this one had the perfect layout for me. I have a small lot up at the North Shore on Lake Superior and that big window in the back is perfect to view the lake. ( I am literally 15 ft. from the shore with about a 12ft. drop). Since then, I bought an Avalanche (with the idea that I could move south for the winter).

This was my first travel trailer (previously used tents, then graduated to pop-ups). It took a little getting used to - like the tanks could be bigger, gauges not accurate, but all in all - LOVE IT! It is just me and my dog - plenty of room for us. Not too big, not too small - just the right size. The only thing I wish it had was a place to mount the TV in the bedroom. Working on that - have some ideas. It is closed for the winter - of 'course - so will tackle that come spring. I have plenty of room for my painting easels, canvases, comfortable chairs to sit in while reading and a spectacular view.

Looking forward to escaping up to my little hideaway (as I call it), campfires on the shore, rest and relaxation come Next Spring! This has been a Long COLD Winter!

Thanks - Tammy
