Mysterious water in bathroom
2001 Springdale 295bh
So in our bathroom, we have water that is coming from somewhere and is pooling in the ground. We have not used the shower, or sink or toilette. I looked under the shower tub, and I did not see any water. I'm at a loss on where it could be coming from or how to fix it. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Sounds like you have a leak somewhere else and it's following a path to the spot it collects. Can you tell where it is coming from in your picture? It could be coming from any of the fixtures even if they are not used.

I can't tell where it's coming from at all. I opened the cover under the tub and looked all over in there, and I climbed under the trailer and couldn't see anything that seemed to be causing it

In an aging RV one might try the water pump and associated connections first. And if the diaphragm is going in the pump it might not be obvious.

I'd check any and all water sources. Toilet, sink, tub, kitchen sink.

Do you get water collecting in that spot with the water pump on? If so the pump should be cycling once in a while making up for the lost pressure.
If on the other hand your getting water pooling in that spot with the water pump off, , then you might be looking at a water leak from outside the trailer.
Do you have any inline shut-off valves in the area? If you do check those as well, sometimes the rubber O ring that seals around the stem starts to leak. A simple turn of a wrench to tighten up that stem seal usually fixes it. Unless the inline valve is a ball valve. . .

Certainly as others have said, go completely though all "internal" plumbing sources.
However, the source may be external. I'd thoroughly check all roof seams, around gutters, where the awning mounts to outside wall, all slide, window and door seals. Its could be coming from anywhere. Does the water mysterious appear after a rainfall? That's a sure indication of an external source. If so, get out the garden hose and try replicate the leak.
Finding the leak can really be a major headache!
Good luck,
Mike

Had a similar issue with my 08 Springdale and found problem to be a loose fitting under hot water handle. Have to reach way up to access the twist nut but quickly stopped leak. Also used dry tissue wrapped around water lines to localize source of leak as it was a small leak. Good idea to go around and tighten up all these plumbing fittings periodically, inlets and drains.
