Refurbing an '07 bunkhouse

We bought a 2007 289BHS last year on short notice to get back to the area code we are from. We have family property with power and water we can use and the trailer was a little worse for wear but we have added some creature comforts while we lived in it full time for a handful of months before a neighbor came through with a rental house. Worst case scenario we were going to push living there into the winter either with tenting or a rough shop to park it in and I am sure glad we didn't try it! "Polar package" doesn't mean what I thought it did and Southwestern Ontario weather gets brutal at times!
