Contratulations on the new trailer and good luck with the work. I took a look at the Keystone web site Impact section and the 2018 Impact brochure. The problem you are facing is that it looks like Keystone has made a change or is in the process of making a change with the Patio 2.0 in including the steps. In the gallery section of the web site and in the brochure about half way down, you’ll find that the third section of the patio description which mentions the steps has been removed. Also in the gallery section of the web site, the image does not show the steps at all. However all is not lost. Refer whoever you are dealing with to the very bottom of the brochure and you will find the patio description is in full and does include mention of the steps. Good luck and enjoy the new rig.
