2010 3750fl water heater issue ...need help

UPDATE: Yesterday I entered another post below stating the issue was solved...it was for a couple hours, but now everything has returned the way it was as stated below. Thank you for your replies

Our propane water heater ignites for 5 to 6 seconds...then shuts off.

This started when the 30lb propane tank went to empty

Replaced it with a new tank that was purged before putting in the propane

Maybe one or both could have started this....or something else.

The water heater runs fine on electric

Propane is flowing to the kitchen stove...all is well here.

All help and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Mike
