Heating issues

While the issue with the gas heat cutting off after just 5-10 seconds was resolved. It was a bad squirrel cage. It had hit the sail switch and broke the fins on it causing it not to push enough air to keep the switch activated. Everything was working fine for 2 days. Now you turn on the gas heat it runs for 10-15 minutes n cuts off. Turn back on does same thing. What the hack is going on?

Sounds like maybe the thermal cutout switch ??? The new squirrel cage is pushing enough air to close the sail switch, but not enough air to empty the heat transfer box, so when the box gets too hot, it shuts down the furnace until the switch cools down, then it works until the cycle repeats...

Or, when putting things back together, they closed off one of the ducts and the fan isn't moving enough air to keep the thermal cutoff switch from getting too hot....

Or, you've got a blocked heat duct somewhere or maybe a blocked air intake on the furnace....

They all "center around not moving enough air" which goes back to the replacement squirrel cage ???? When I troubleshoot anything, I look at what has recently changed about the condition. In your case, it's the removal of the furnace, the replacement fan cage and the reinstallation of the furnace.... Chances are that "something that was moved/changed/put back incorrectly" is likely to either be the problem or affecting what is the problem....
