Having experience with a similar rig in 2015. Long trip 16000 miles, found that at altitudes over 8000 feet on grades, it will do it but, it (and maybe you) won't like it. Down hill on curves I probably had a hundred miles or more that I was gripping the wheel real hard. The DW used the brakes on her side a lot.

Sold that TV and got a truck with a good cushion of excess capacity that hauls a lot better.

Too much yelling going on here. It is simple: The trailer has a sticker (by Law) that states the dry weight and also the GVWR, which is the MAX the trailer should safely weigh on the road.
Here is the weight as stated by KEYSTONE:

Specs for 2017 Keystone - Bullet
Floorplan: 2070BH
(Travel Trailer)
Weight:
Dry Weight: 3,736 lbs.
Payload Capacity: 1,664 lbs.
GVWR : 5,400 lbs.
Hitch Weight: 420 lbs.

I tow my 2015 Laredo 240MK with a 2014 F150 Ecoboost.
240MK specs:
Weight
Dry Weight:5,292 lbs.
Payload Capacity: 1,908 lbs.
GVWR: 7,200 lbs.
Hitch Weight: 590 lbs.

Tow capacity for my F150 is 9800 (Dealer certified). The load on my truck is about 500 # total, driver, passenger and some small stuff in the bed. Most important weight limit is the GVWR.

Happy camping to all.

Just wondering where all the YELLING is taking place... It seemed like a discussion, observations and possibly some "pointers".

Also, I'm assuming you are just posting numbers from vehicles, brochures etc. so not sure how that addresses either the OPs situation or yours?? But, I'm 100% with you on happy camping to all.....spring is here!! (at least in some places)

I would have to point out that one would be remiss to think the gvwr of a TV is the only thing to worry about. All weight limits are there, and are not to be exceeded by the manufacturer as specified on their own documents/placards.

I towed a 20ft Nomad 190 Lite for 6 years with a 2004 Explorer 4x4 V8. I didn't really understand how badly the Explorer was over matched until I started towing the TT with an F150. If I remember right it had a dry weight of 4200. It did get me there and back all those years but looking back it sure was a big mistake on my part.
