When are you going? Are you planning a winter sport vacation? lol Maybe you're planning for spring?
Anyway we've stayed a couple times at the KOA near Montreal. We went early June when it was Grand Prix week. They also had the French Music Festival going on. It's a great time to visit Montreal. We also was in Quebec and I don't remember what campground, but it's a beautiful old world city with a lot of history.
We did the Cabot Trail and Bay of Fundy by motorcycle. We camped at the National park at Fundy. We camped at a KOA at Cape Breton Island to see the Cabot Trail.
You should go, we had a great experience each trip.
Btw, these were all motorcycle camping trips about 10 years ago so I didn't pay a lot of attention to RV accommodations at the time, but you shouldn't have any issues.

Sounds like a great idea @#1 We have some incredible camping out west, down east, and right here in the middle of Canada. Tons of Provincial Parks in the nicest areas of each province surrounded by privately owned campgrounds which will have more amenities and full hook-ups. Lots of websites listing all the parks and details...google maps is a great way to view/plan trips. I'm sounding like the minister of tourism or a travel agent but it is beautiful up in northern Ontario with it's rugged landscape and many incredible Lakes. Actually now is a great time to visit with fall colors about to happen and temperatures like they were in July
