Unidentified wifi name on tv

We have a Cougar 5th wheel, 2014 model. We don't have the original remote for the TV, just a universal one that has limited functionality. Trying to use the chromecast, we see that we are connected to a wifi "camper tv". Without the original TV remote, I cannot change it to our wifi. I do see "camper tv" on my list of available wifi, but with no internet. Cannot imagine where it is coming from! Can anyone tell me where such a device might be, and what it's purpose is?

That may just be what the previous owner named the tv. I named ours " bedroom tv ". Without the original remote or equivalent you will be missing a lot of functionality. Might be worth searching for a remote.
If it is not a smart tv toss it and get a real one.

My 2014 Cougar XLite came with a "Legend 32" TV" It was not a "smart TV" but did have an HDMI port on the side, so we "limped along with an Amazon Fire Stick" until we finally gave up and bought a Smart TV. We bought a 40" Fire TV from Amazon because it fit our needs and was the right price.

Assuming your TV is also a 32", you can shop a variety of Smart TV's at Walmart ranging from $78 up to "what you're willing to pay".

Looking realistically, trying to find a "OEM remote" for a "cheap TV installed by Keystone 10 years ago" may be more an exercise in frustration than a logical solution to your problem.

As an example, WalMart sells an TCL Smart TV 32" for $98 and a LG for $148. The TCL is probably comparable in "quality" to what Keystone used as OEM and the LG is several steps above that.

If it were me, with the advancements in television technology during the past 10 years, I wouldn't spend a lot of time trying to find a "full function remote" for the old TV. Just replace the entire system with a new remote for less than $150 and don't look back.....
