Converter box falling out

three of the four screws holes on the plastic lip have somehow broken in travel (rough northern roads). Has anyone had this issue? and how did they fix it? Was thinking of drilling 3 more holes into the plastic and adding screws, or I was thinking of adding a metal strap on bottom and top. Thanks

Sonny
