We own one too! Had a bunch of little things that I fixed myself...mostly cabinet screws loose or stripped out. I just bought the next size up screws and replaced the factory ones. The worst thing was seam between the front cap and roof leaked!
It was only 7 months old when that happened. Had to wait 3 weeks before the dealer service department could get it in for warranty service. Just dropped it off yesterday. Supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks to fix. The dealer said Keystone
should take care of the work.
April 23, 2015 Update:
The warranty work was completed by Sky River RV in Dublin, CA. They did an excellent job. Best part was Keystone covered all parts and the labor too! We are very Happy Campers!
