Not to rain your parade, but that's a 16500lb GVWR 5TH wheel with a 3700+lb pin weight (23% of the GVWR), that's a lot for most 3/4 ton trucks, regardless whether diesel or gas!
Will your truck "pull" it? ABSOLUTELY & never break a sweat!
Can your truck safely "carry" that much weight within the posted weight limits of that truck? Only you can answer that by checking the allowable weights posted on THAT truck.
Check the yellow/white tag on the drivers door jamb stating "occupants and cargo must not exceed XXXXlbs", that's the max weight of everybody everyting in & on that truck including the pin weight & the weight of the 5th wheel hitch.
FYI! The max tow rating for your truck, or anyone else's, along the the dry weight of any rv are both absolutely meaningless weights to use in any calculations. If anyone stated "your trucks rated to tow XXXXXlbs & that 5th wheel dry weight is only XXXXlbs, you're good to go!" they have no clue what they're talking about, never ever towed a rv or trying very hard to sell you something, or all the above!
