Where to find this slide out roller?

The rubber in this roller is split and giving me problems. I would like to buy a new rubber piece for it but can not locate this kind of slide out roller anywhere online. Thought?

I finally found out that it is from BAL Accuslide and is called a compression roller block. They make different sizes I guess for different weight slides. I thought they were installed under warranty work that I had the first year of ownership, but they might have been factory. I'm not quite sure.
