New 26SABWE

We live in the SF Bay Area/Silicon Valley and have been rv-ing since retirement in 2004. We tend to take short trips since I can't stand being away from the sweet little granddaughters for very long! We've had our new trailer for about two months and have taken two trips, one semi-dry camping (no hook-ups except a water faucet to fill the storage tank about 100 feet away) to Fallen Leaf Lake/South Lake Tahoe and one last week to Bodega Bay, CA, with full hook-ups. This is an upgrade to recliner chairs and a better bed! The living area is so much more comfortable with the recliners and I love the king-sized bed (needed to add a foam mattress topper). The biggest problem we've had is easily accessible bedroom storage. There's a huge space under the bed but it is hard to access. The closets are short and narrow. The over the head of the bed storage can only be accessed through very small doors after crawling up on the bed. There's a rather strange cutout over the head of the bed. We are looking for any ideas anyone might have.

Glad to have you here, we have stayed in Bodega bay (Puerto Bodega) but don't do any dry camping. Enjoy, we look forward to your posts.
