Entrance door hinge

Been going through our used 2011 410LEV and are very pleased with our decision. So far, it needs a new water pump and a new electric heater element for the hot water tank. Discovered the toilet pedal was broken and am inquiring as to whether it can be replaced...Its a Dometic model 310.
I also have a stubborn hinge on the main entrance that "sweeks and bind". Been applying penetrating oil and although it helped some, it still isn't to my liking and am considering changing the bottom hinge. Looks like drilling the rivet is all that's needed... Also noticed the gas shock on top of the door was removed and suspect this is the cause of the problem...??
