Electric fireplace parts?

Trying to find where I can order replacement parts for the electric fireplace. It is a BLT-999A-2 unit that came with rig. I need to replace the access panel door that got damage by the living room slide.

I am guessing it is a Dimplex unit.

I have the same heater unit. Mine also quit working shortly after purchasing our rig. The Rv dealer we purchased the rig from stated that the complete unit has to be replaced. My guess is parts for/or the heating unit is not available so the reason for the replacement.

My dealer said the part was available and is on order. Not cheap either!

From Keystone's warranty repair perspective, it probably is cheaper to just replace the entire unit rather than stock and ship the individual parts. By the time you maintain the inventory, ship the wrong part, reship the correct part, have dealers that order two so they have an extra on hand, etc. It's probably cheaper to just send a complete replacement and have them send the old one back and hire someone to repair it and sell it at a wholesale RV discount store.....
