Pulsing power

Just started. Any idea what is causing invertor to pulse? Seems to work better under a load. Several outlets same results.

If it's the converter you are talking about and you don't have a surge protector you may be getting over and under input voltage. 120 volts that is.

older camper with very little use. Have never had the problem until recently.But surge protector does make sense. thanks
